What if I move or change something about my business?+
Just let us know. We'll update your card's destination on our end — same physical card, new link. No reprinting, no downtime.
Does it work on older phones?+
Yes. The QR code works on any smartphone camera, and NFC tap works on any phone from the last several years — both iPhone and Android. If a guest's phone doesn't support NFC, the QR code always works as a backup.
What if the card gets lost or damaged?+
We'll get you a replacement card set up with the same link. Your reviews and setup aren't tied to the physical card — they're managed on our end.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?+
Your card will stop redirecting to your review page. The one‑time setup fee covers the card itself — the monthly fee keeps the service, analytics, and hosting active behind it.
How long does setup take?+
Most businesses are up and running within a few days of getting in touch — we handle the linking and testing before your card ever reaches the counter.
Is this against Google's review policies?+
No. TipTap simply takes guests to the standard Google review screen faster — the same place they'd end up searching your business manually. We never incentivize or filter reviews.
